Highlights of your life since graduation: In my twenties I spent time living in Japan, which created a lifelong interest in Asian cultures and a love of travel. It could be said that I landed in a foreign country when I ended up in Texas! I've always been someone who loves to observe and try to understand why people do what they do, so I chose a profession which allows me to do that all day long! Fortunately, people derive some benefit from that, which is an ongoing highlight for me - it's very gratifying work. My son, David,is married to a great girl, Stephanie, and is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine in Dallas. He lived in Bangkok after college and has always had the same Asia connection that I've had. Stephanie is climbing the ladder at Whole Foods and loves it there. And I love all the wonderful WF lotions and soaps that turn up on Mother's Day! | |
Memories or anything else you'd like to share: It's thrilling to me that so many of us will be together in August. Like everyone else, I'm amazed at the passage of time. Very excited that we'll be going back to the old neighborhood! |
