Highlights of your life since graduation: Life after high school graduation . . .

After South Shore, my life ebbed and flowed with college, marriage to John Stein (another South Shore graduate), and having a family of 2 - a daughter and a son. We moved from Hyde Park to Highland Park in 1971, and began life as a suburban family.

After my kids went to school, I also returned to pursue a technology education, and began a career in computer technology in the corporate world. For about 20 years, I worked for major companies, doing all kinds of technology from traditional programming to teaching business people about computer database software.

In 1989, I moved to Evanston and John and I were divorced. I continued my technology career, and saw both our children move into new and exciting lives. Our daughter Julie married, and moved first to Italy, and then to Greece with her husband, and our granddaughter, who is now 12. Our son Todd, is a chef in Chicago at a downtown restaurant, and has a committed relationship with a lovely young woman.

I married again in 1992 to Lowell Peters, another computer professional. We lived in Evanston for 8 years. My husband has 3 children from his first marriage, and 8 grandchildren. Together, we have 9 lovely young grandkids.

In 1999 my husband lost his job, and he decided winters were just too fierce in the Windy City. At that point, we moved to sunny Florida, and landed in Tampa. During 2005, I made the switch from the corporate world, to becoming a communications entrepreneur.

Currently, I work with small and medium sized businesses, offering business, technical, and editorial writing services.
Memories or anything else you'd like to share: Miss Annan, one of the very best.

Carl's Hot Dogs - you just went in and out, and never looked inside.

The Hot Dog Pit - awesome!

Football games and hot sunshine on your shoulders.

Walking in the halls, laughing.

Car rides at lunch with the "girls".
