City: Dyer, IN 46311
Grade school attended: Sumner School on Chicago's West side
Highlights of your life since graduation: I attended the University of Illinois first at the Navy Pier Campus for two years and earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the Champaign, Illinois campus in 1965 with a Major in P.E. I was hired by Evergreen Park Community High School, (EPCHS) located in Evergreen Park, IL. In 1970 I earned a Masters of Arts degree in P.E. from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. I taught P.E., Driver Ed. and some Health at EPCHS for 40 years retiring in May, 2005.

I loved playing the role of "Miss Lynch" in EPCHS's production of "Grease" in March, 2006. Pauline Peterson Lussenhop and Joanie Karlin Dorman from our SSHS class of "61 were there to see me on stage. What a HOOT!!!

Best part of retiring: NO ALARM CLOCK in the morning. I workout at Cardinal Fitness regularly and look forward to enjoying the harvest I get from my grape tomatoe plants that I've been growing in my garden every summer. LIFE IS GOOD!!!
Memories or anything else you'd like to share: Favorite memories: My friends and fellow Sorority Sisters from TABS, GAA Activities, Mixed Chorus, Rainbow Beach, Carl's Hotdogs, Rib Hill, McDonalds on 79th and Yates, Cunis Candies, Melody Lane for ice cream treats, our area Tornado in the '60's and our great snow storm of Jan. 1967.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion this summer. Even though 50 years have passed, I feel like it all took place just yeaterday.
