kpiggott@aol.com 7083704767 7083704767 4842 W El Cortez PL Phoenix AZ US 85083 Realtor - Broker/Manager, now retired Married 2 Bradwell Married my high school sweetheart, Bill Piggott in 1964 and gave birth to our two children, Kristen in 1966 and Bill Jr. in 1968. I was fortunate to stay home to raise our children but was heavily involved in philanthropic endeavors during that time with a primary focus on fundraising. I was eventually President of every organization I joined, including our local elementary School Board, where I served three terms. Additionally, I gave many hours to our Village, heading or serving on, multiple committees and commissions.
In 1997, I decided to follow in my Dad's footsteps and became a Realtor. I listed and sold residential real estate for five years before being tapped by Baird & Warner to manage their Flossmoor office. In addition to being a managing broker for Baird & Warner, I've held several other positions including VP of Management Development and VP of Sales Operations out of our home office in Chicago. Baird & Warner is a great company to work for and was by far my best career move!
In 1999 our daughter Kristen, brought our first grandchild into the world, followed during the next three years by the births of her two sisters. They live in Montana so I don't get to see them very frequently but aided by Skype, emails, notes, phone calls and the occasional visit, I am very close to those girls. At ages 21, 19 & 17 they are the light of my life!
My husband Bill Piggott, began having health issues in 2011 and after a brief illness died in 2013 We had been married for 48 1/2 years. He is still sorely missed. 3 years after retiring from Baird & Warner, I moved to the Phoenix, AZ area in 2016. The following year my college sweetheart tracked me down. we dated for the next three years, getting married in November of 2020. Never dreamed that would happen! Sadly, my son, Bill Jr. passed away September 1, 2020 from cardiac arrest. It's been difficult getting through the last several months without him.. He loved visiting me in Arizona and was hoping to move here in 2021. Unfortunately, that never happened. He was an incredibly kind, caring, giving man who always gave his most to our family and his friends. He is sorely missed by me, his sister, nieces, Uncle, cousins and friends. Rest in peace my dearest son, until we meet again.
I look back on the years at South Shore with gratitude for an outstanding college prep education. Teachers who had an impact on the adult I became included, Mrs. Mackie, Miss Annan, Miss Kopel, Mr. Wilson, Mrs. Whitting and Mrs. Bergstrom.
In addition to a fine education, there was the social aspect of SSHS. The Tri-Hi-Y meetings & events, all the dances, being Queen of Bradley's Mardi Gras my senior year, the submarine races at LaRabida, the dinners at SS Country Club and the good friends with whom I shared my hopes and dreams. It was a wonderful time and a different age, one I wish our grandchildren could enjoy in this now more perilous world.

I Married in 1965 and had two girls. My husband was killed in a private airplane crash when our girls were 2 and 6. I remarried two years later and moved to Washington, DC. I stayed home with the girls until they were in High School and then went to work for a law firm where my husband worked. After 23 wonderful years, my husband died in his sleep at the age of 53. A year later I moved to Florida where I live three doors from my Mother, play golf and work part time in a pro shop at a golf course on the Intracoastal. Except for my girls and grandchildren living in North Carolina, I am very content! It is very hard to believe we are preparing for our 50th reunion! I have always felt that we lived in the perfect time and in the perfect community! We got a great education at South Shore and had fun in the process. We did not have the pressure that children today have. Hi-Y and Tri-Y parties, dances downtown, football games, hayrides - lots of great memories! Even though I have faced some great sadness in my life, I still feel blessed with what I do have - wonderful girls, terrific grandchildren, best brother ever and my Mom is still healthy and lives close. Life is good!

Married Peter Ritsos in 1982. I taught English at Bowen for my first year out of college and hated every minute of it! Career in public relations culminated with position of managing director of Chicago office of major international PR firm. Retired in 2002. Still work as PR consultant. We own a home in Palm Desert, CA, where we spend winters. Play lots of golf and bridge. Spent time in early '70s as activist in the women's rights movement. Still serve on board of a feminist organization. Continue to be active in progressive politics. Kicked off planning for our 50th reunion in 2009 and have been working on it ever since. I have spent hundreds of hours trying to find all of you! I remember lots of carbohydrates - lunch would be mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and the famous brownies. I remember Mrs. Tugenberg talking about career planning in freshman algebra, and I had no idea what she was talking about. Of course I remember Miss Annan, the chicken foot and the skull & crossbones. I was always seated behind Susan Quale and in front of Bruce Rashkow. I remember learning to smoke cigarettes in sorority. And I remember being able to eat whatever I wanted without worrying about dieting. Fond memories of Tropical Hut and Rib Hill, lots of evenings out with good friends. We were so lucky to grow up in such a nurturing community. I have such fond memories of South Shore.

I got a BA in Education at U of I; had a fellowship in Special Ed at KU; got 2 Master's at Loyola in LA: Guidance & Counseling & Ed Psych & finally a PhD in Psych at Columbia Pacific University in California.

I have traveled extensively. I lived in Israel for one year (finding my new name "Kiya" meaning "Because of God"). Got teased a lot: "With a name like 'Immergluck.' you changed your FIRST name?" But "Immergluck" means "always lucky" in German, so "because of God, I'm always lucky." It has been quite true.

I lived in California for 10 years & moved back just in time for the big snow storm of 1978!

I have been a Psychotherapist and Addictions Counselor for 30 years. In the last 7 years, I have also been a Certified Coach in Energy Psychology.

Check out my website: www.eft-tap.com.
I survived a bout with breast cancer in 1994 & have recently offered a series of free teleclasses with a group of Energy Practitioners from around the world for cancer survivors, caregivers, & anyone impacted by cancer. Everyone is welcome to listen to the recordings by signing up at: www.ProjectGivingHope.com.

High School was pretty awful for me. I felt awkward & out of place, but the years since then have been wonderful. I am excited to visit with old friends at the Reunion.

I used to say that I was one of the people who made the top half of the class possible. Occasionally, I did show up late to school and was escorted by a cute freshman (Ricki Rodkin - - SSHS Class of '64)to homeroom and received some wrath from Betty Lee. Who knew that in 2011 that cute freshman who escorted me from the principal's office to the homeroom meeting would be celebrating 44 years of marriage to me? Of course, I didn't go out with her then (fool that I was) but fortunately our paths crossed six months after my graduation...and the rest is history.

I attended the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana), then Roosevelt before finishing up as an undergrad at Southern Illinois University...followed by graduate work back at the University of Illinois.

While I was in college, I worked st several radio stations and had the opportunity of interviewing a vareity of celebrities...from Woody Allen to The Smothers Brothers...from Hugh Hefner to Robert Goulet. It was a lot of fun!

Some of the highlights of my life...both personal and professional
- - besides being married to a great woman for over 40 years, would be filming (who had camcorders way back then?) both our children's births at Michael Reese Hospital (may it rest in peace).

Our oldest, Debbie, lives in Atlanta and runs her own networking and markerting company, RE:FOCUS on Careers, and speaks nationally at conferences throughout the southeast.

Danny, our youngest, has been married for over 10 years to Christy and they've given us two super grandchildren, Ben 7 and Delaney 5. Danny is Director of Student Life at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL and is due to have his Doctorate of Education added to his resume by the time you read this. Christy is the Program Coordinator for the University of Florida's Center for Pre-Colligiate Education and Training.

Back when I was in the advertising business in Chicago, one of our clients was WFYR Radio. I wrote and produced the station's TV comercials with Dick Clark, a great guy to work with! A few months later, Dick brought his oldies show to Milwaukee's Summerfest. Ricki and I were able to get back stage to watch Chubby Checker, Chuck Berry, and a host of others. I also wrote and produced commercials for Courtesy Home Furnishings (complete with Howard Miller and his bad toupee), as well as directing Forest Tucker and Howard Miller pitching land in Arizona.

Other highlights - - Pitching for WFYR's softball team and playing against Phil Donahue (when his syndicated TV Show was taped at the WGN TV studios) and pitching a softball game between games at a White Sox's Twi-nighter. The late Harry Caray actually did part of the game's play by play. And, yes, I was the winning pitcher in both games (a far cry from AZA ball).

After the snowstorm of '79, I sold my advertising agency and I never spent another winter in Chicago. Although I was working in advertising here in Florida, I really wanted to get back into DJing (after all, my classmates did vote me "most talkative" in our class). From DJing parties we developed our company into a full service entertainment agency and event planning company with a promotional products offshoot. I still enjoy doing parties...especially for the 50+ crowd. Earlier this year, I emceed the 50th class reunion for Miami High School. which certainly prepared me for our reunion.

Ricki and I look forward to reuniting a lot of old friendships, eating deep dish pizza and being amazed at how young we all look!

lynnandles@embarqmail.com 4072524863 633 Riverpark Circle Longwood FL US 32779 Materials Science/Engineering Consultant Married 2 Okeeffe Attended the University of Illinois in Champaign immediately after SSHS and graduated with a BS in Metallurgical Engineering Jan. 1966. After UIUC, I started graduate school and met my wife, Lynn, at Penn State (PSU). We had the same dorm room at different times. In 1968, I received my MS in Metallurgy, Lynn received her BS in Elementary Education, and we got married. In 1971, I received my PhD in Materials Science.

In 1971, Lynn and I moved to Wilmington, Delaware, and I went to work as a materials engineer for the Westinghouse Electric Corp. Steam Turbine Division. We subsequently had 2 kids, Lauren and Todd. who were born in Delaware. In 1983, Westinghouse moved us to Longwood, Florida as part of a corporate relocation.

After 14 years with Westinghouse, I sought a better opportunity with the Lockheed Martin Corporation. In 1999, I became a Director and Chief Technologist. I retired from Lockheed Martin Corp. in February, 2010. Retirement only lasted for two months, and I started a research and engineering consulting company to take up time. I am on several university boards as well as at the Orlando Science Center.
Looking back on my career, it's amazing how good an education that I received at SSHS. Through the years, the basic technical skills that I learned in Mrs. Coleman's biology class, Mr. Wilson's physics class, Mr. Mongerson's chemistry class, and Mr. Sommers mechanical drawing class all were great building blocks. But more surprisingly, the knowledge gained in Dr. Annan's English class on the analysis of literature, Miss Bond's French class vocabulary and grammar, and Music Appreciation Class leading to a lifetime love of classical music has been used throughout my life.

After South Shore, my life ebbed and flowed with college, marriage to John Stein (another South Shore graduate), and having a family of 2 - a daughter and a son. We moved from Hyde Park to Highland Park in 1971, and began life as a suburban family.

After my kids went to school, I also returned to pursue a technology education, and began a career in computer technology in the corporate world. For about 20 years, I worked for major companies, doing all kinds of technology from traditional programming to teaching business people about computer database software.

In 1989, I moved to Evanston and John and I were divorced. I continued my technology career, and saw both our children move into new and exciting lives. Our daughter Julie married, and moved first to Italy, and then to Greece with her husband, and our granddaughter, who is now 12. Our son Todd, is a chef in Chicago at a downtown restaurant, and has a committed relationship with a lovely young woman.

I married again in 1992 to Lowell Peters, another computer professional. We lived in Evanston for 8 years. My husband has 3 children from his first marriage, and 8 grandchildren. Together, we have 9 lovely young grandkids.

In 1999 my husband lost his job, and he decided winters were just too fierce in the Windy City. At that point, we moved to sunny Florida, and landed in Tampa. During 2005, I made the switch from the corporate world, to becoming a communications entrepreneur.

Currently, I work with small and medium sized businesses, offering business, technical, and editorial writing services.

aidsedlh@gmail 5166955613 8603544219 11 Milll Pond Rd Sherman, CT 06784 I started college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio but by the end of my freshman year, realized it was not the place for me - too many farms for a city person like me - and transferred to U of I. Yes, lots of cornfields but much closer to Chicago. The summer before my junior year, I travelled to New York City with some girl friends and that changed my life. Through a friend, I met Alan Haberman, the man I have been married to for 47 years. I finished college early and in 1965 Alan and I were married and I moved to New York where I have been ever since.
After Alan's stint as a Judge Advocate in the Air Force, we settled on Long Island and in quick succession, I had 3 boys. It wasn't long before I realized that being a homemaker and mother were not going to do it for me for the rest of my life so I went to graduate school. In 1980 I began my career in community health. I first worked for a major hospital on Long Island developing health programming for senior citizens (that's us!)living in the community. In 1991, I started working in HIV/AIDS, an incredible experience that opened my eyes to people and things I had never before encountered. I worked at a county hospital on federal and state grants providing education to healthcare providers on clinical managemnet of the disease When I began my work, AIDS was a death sentence and when I left, it was becoming a chronic condition that, with proper use of medications, people could survive and live with for many years.
In 2005 I retired and since I was living in New York City, started to take real advantage of all that New York offers: museums, classes, all the arts. To me this has been a dream come true. With New York at my fingertips, a home in Ct, and 7 grandchildren all withing driving distance, I am kept awfully busy and wouldn't have it any othe way!
I feel so fortunate to have been at South Shore in the truly golden years. The teachers I loved and hated, the classes that were challenging and those that made us all laugh ( Miss Majors having us throw her money as she danced on a chair), the great social life and the good clean fun we all had, or seemed to have. Since I rarely run into anyone from the old neighborhood, I can't wait for the reunion and a chance to see classmates relive old memories. Growing up in South Shore was a real privilege and it still means so much to me. I even went to a David Mamaet play on Broadway just to hear the actor speak a line about the Jeffery 5 bus!!!
