U of I where I met my husband Ira Silverman. Thanks Lesley Zatz. I had the dubious honor of processing the first Medicare claim in the state of Illinois. Yes, we are that old. Along came Michael, who finally married a great girl. and gave us an amazing granddaughter. He and his wonderful wife are expecting a son in December. Next came our daughter Dana, who gave us a grandson and granddaughter, (both amazing as well) along with a great son in law. I now design custom closets and appreciate spending as much time as I can with my family. We are blessed that they all live in the area and that we all like each other. At least I like them. Memories or anything else you'd like to share:South Shore was THE perfect place to grow up. Great memories. The bowling alley. Tuesday nights at the Youth Center. Gamma Phi and the Sing. Friday nights at T Hut. Carl's hot dogs for 25 cents. Peter Pan and the Patio. Mitchell's chocolate chip ice cream.(Still buying it) Getting hauled into the office senior year for smoking in my '61 yellow Datsun. The best memory? Winning that '61 yellow Datsun at the Closer. Yay for me!!!

I have traveled extensively. I lived in Israel for one year (finding my new name "Kiya" meaning "Because of God"). Got teased a lot: "With a name like 'Immergluck.' you changed your FIRST name?" But "Immergluck" means "always lucky" in German, so "because of God, I'm always lucky." It has been quite true.

I lived in California for 10 years & moved back just in time for the big snow storm of 1978!

I have been a Psychotherapist and Addictions Counselor for 30 years. In the last 7 years, I have also been a Certified Coach in Energy Psychology.
